Name: Apple Data Detectors/Internet Address Detectors

Version: 1.0.2

Released: March 5, 1998

Requires:
U.S. English Mac OS 7.6, 7.6.1, or 8.0

Description:
Apple Data Detectors is a new technology that enables your
computer to recognize and then act on certain types of
information, or data, in your documents. For example, if you have
a word processing document that contains several e-mail
addresses, Apple Data Detectors can quickly scan the document,
identify all the addresses, and then open a new e-mail message
addressed to the one you select. You can also use Apple Data
Detectors to find a World Wide Web address within an e-mail
message, then open the Web page in your favorite Web browser
program. Apple Data Detectors 1.0.2 contains a new feature
allowing a user to disable the Contextual Menu within any
specific application by choosing a menu item from the Help menu
within that application. This should resolve any Control-Key
conflicts experienced by customers using version 1.0.1.
Apple Data Detectors 1.0.2 is provided to you free of charge.
It does not include free telephone support from Apple Computer.
